- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While Stevens Management offers a flat monthly management fee, many property managers charge owners a percentage of every dollar collected. Discounts are available for clients with multiple single family properties and/or multi-family properties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to determine what is most important to our client, and then adapting our services to meet the client's needs and priorities. Some clients are looking for assistance finding highly qualified tenants to rent their property. Other clients already have great tenants in place and need help with day to day management. We will tour your property and work with you to develop an action plan.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began as a private homeowner. Unable to sell my home without losing a large amount of money, I successfully rented my home. Over the years, I have helped many homeowners rent their homes to great tenants, so that they could accept jobs in other states, move their growing families into more suitable homes or pursue other opportunities in life.
