I love this place. It's a small gym located in an unassuming shopping center near Shady Grove metro. They specialize in small group training classes and personal training. The instructors are some of the best I've ever had at any gym (Sport & Health, Bally, WSA to name a few I've experienced). Not only do I get a great workout with someone who actually knows my name and any issues I am having, but I am not wasting hours of my day at the gym. I am in and out in less than an hour and I still get the best workout. I highly recommend it!

Training with Don has been a rewarding experience. Don provided the discipline and guidance that I needed to assist me in meeting my fitness goals. He accessed my fitness level and provided a workout plan to help me improve in all areas. Don also counseled me on my nutrition intake and recommended the use of the âMy Fitness Palâ app to assist me in tracking and managing my calories, fat, carbs, and protein percentages. He is flexible with scheduling and works with me to keep me motivated. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get fit.
Before seeing a nutritionist, most of my knowledge about dieting and exercise were limited to the common facts found on the Internet and word on the street. However, after meeting with Mr. Zaid, I had not only learned about the proper way to diet and exercise, but I also expunged those false facts I had been using that had inhibited my progress. Michele is a fabulous coach and nutritionist! She is extremely knowledgeable about training, competing, healing and conditioning the human body. She also understands the mental aspect extremely well. She went over and above about checking in with my student athlete and monitoring his recovery. She was very professional in every aspect of her work!
Sharon had me complete the health assessment, and then made several recommendations; she gave me a very comprehensive list of changes I needed to make to my diet along with a detailed list of supplements based on my age and condition of my body. I have searched for years to find the answers to good health and never found the complete picture until I found Sharon. I had several injuries that persisted for years, after being on her protocol for 4-6 weeks I noticed significant changes in my health. I am 54 years old and the longer I practice what I have learned from Sharon I see my health improving significantly. I worked with Nova Sports Nutrition on a consultation with the objective of complimenting a high intensity workout program. I found Nikki most attentive and supportive. A key facet of her approach is that it is an investigative one. She initially assigns a program, evaluates and modifies. I definitely recommend.
In December of 2013 I decided to take on a series of Ultra distance races over the course of summer/fall 2014. I am a CPT and USAT Triathlon Coach, but I knew that I would need some external help with my training plan, both physical and mental. Chris eagerly took on this task and has proved to be an excellent Coach. He understands the delicate balance between work, life, family and training as well as the need for adequate recovery. I would strongly recommend Chris for anyone looking for a well rounded, multi-sport Coach. My only complaint - that he doesn't live closer to me!
