This company has been one of the easiest and most professional I have dealt with in a long time. I have never used or heard of them before today, but based on how I was taken care of as a customer I will use them again and also recommend their services to others. I sent my request through Thumbtack to Cable Connexions yesterday afternoon and by 5pm James Burns had already emailed me with a quote. He mentioned calling him by 9am today, which I did, and due to a cancellation one of his installers (Tony) was at my house at 11am. The install of a wall mounted Samsung 46" Smart TV to Comcast HD box was professional, effective and fast-- and Tony made sure everything worked before he left. All done at the low rate James quoted me-- 50% or more lower than other quotes I was getting. My experience with this company was excellent and exceeded my expectations.

From beginning to end, they provided excellent service and value. I requested a mounting of a new 60" TV. James was very responsive following his quote, answering all my questions. The technician, Anthony, was exceptional. He was polite and answered all my questions. Most importantly, the job exceeded my expectations. I expected a wall mount, which I got. Unexpectedly, the job also included fishing and hiding wires in the wall. Finally, Anthony worked through the initial setup of my new tv, troubleshooting a wireless connection problem. They did a very professional job. I highly recommend Cable ConneXions.

Cable ConneXions did a fantastic job with mounting our 32" flat screen television in our bedroom. They gave a great recommendation for the location of the tv on the wall, did an awesome, and kept the work area clean and neat. All of this was done in less than 20 minutes.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically the beginning process for working with a customer is that we set up a site visit to discuss the new customers request. This site visit consist of an hour to two hours of understanding and walking through the project as to what the customer is trying to accomplish. Once we get a understanding of what the customer is trying to accomplish their budget and a feel for how the house is designed and built we then start the quote process.
