Depends on the Location of the Personal Training session
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is as follows Let trainer know of any existing injuries or conditions(diabetes, hypertension, etc), Goals(weight loss, strength, etc) 1. Setting up our initial training session (time,date,price) 2. First training session. (This normally lets the client and trainer if they are a good fit for each other.) 3.Hopefully setup the next training session :)
