- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every house is unique, and jobs vary. I will work with your budget, give clients payment options that are suitable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first start with a consultation which includes: A walk-through of your home/space Detailed discussion of design ideas, lifestyle, taste and options Budget planning Color, material, and furniture analysis Possibly determine furniture layouts, suggest drapery treatments, provide guidance on additional lighting required, make suggestions regarding furniture styles measure room for purposes of producing e-design boards give advice on re-purposing existing furniture and belongings rearrange furniture to improve flow and layout *Non-refundable consultation fee Moving forward I will then provide a personalized in-home or off-site design service which includes: E-design board illustrating the look & feel of the new space -you should be able to choose what's right for you, so all packages includes 2 concepts to choose from. Both will be in line with your style, be within your budget and fit your space so that you can rest assured that no matter which one you select, your new space will look fantastic! product purchase list furniture layout using existing &/or new items art and accessories suggestion of materials, finishes and paint colors coordinate deliveries of goods and installation $$ source professional contractors, specialty trades, engineers, architects, installers and custom workrooms $$ * Any additional design boards/sourcing work, a designer fee will be applied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a partner at Inhabit Staging before I became a operations manager at a cabinet company in Gaithersburgs. I know am a designer in a showroom that offers flooring, kitchen countertops, and tile.
