As a 76 year old woman, l luckily found Victor as my very first trainer. He tailored a program for me that was ideally suited. And he was patient and encouraging. Victor is an amazing trainer. He’s very patient and never pushes too hard. He makes sure to create exercises that I can handle. I have a weak wrist, and once I told him that, he quickly modified my strength training so I wouldn’t have to put too much pressure on my wrist. He never yells at you, thank god. I loved working with Victor as my trainer! He helped me get into the shape I wanted to and I gained my confidence back. From the moment I contacted Victor to set up a training session, he was extremely focused on my needs and concerns. He always got back to me in a short amount of time if I had any questions. He continually checked with me during my training sessions to see how I was feeling and he constantly adjusted my work outs to meet my needs. I like that he uses a variety of equipment during work outs and gives me alternative ways to do many of the exercises. Victor also willingly worked with my schedule as I come in and out of town during the year. Victor is my trainer when I am in Ocean City for the summer. When I started with him I was an old guy in my 60s with back trouble and out of shape. He worked very carefully to develop and implement a plan that was very tailored to my needs and made sure it was meeting those needs after practically every session. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer a free initial consultation to every new client. I also have pricing based on programs that include 1-on-1 and group sessions (in person and online) or solely on program design.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I assess what each client can and cannot do at first, listen to the clients' goals, concerns etc. and design a safe, effective training program that can be built on moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist through National Academy of Sports Medicine.
