- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $50 plus a $20 travel fee if I need to work on site. If the job is more complex then I will charge for parts as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what the symptoms are and determine what I find to be the best method of resolution. I schedule a time that benefits the customer and help prepare with ways to prevent issues from occurring in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have to retake a few of my certifications ever few years to stay current. I also attend college to build upon my current degrees. I participate in forums over the net that discuss future innovations and showcase tutorials to help me stay sharp in my field. I want to be the Michael Jordan of technology. Yes, people have told me I wouldn't succeed. I'd like to thank them right now...
