Amazing company! I am so happy to have found Julianne and the amazing gamut of property management services that her company provides! Well worth the money! I would give them 6 stars if I could! As soon as one of my properties has an issue (maintenance, etc.), PMI Capital Region is on it, and usually has the matter resolved before I even find out about it! Choosing to use PMI Capital Region for all of my property management needs has made my life so much easier that it's hard to even put into words! I now have so much more time to focus on my true passion of investing in real estate. Julianne is very respectful, extremely knowledgeable, and a diligent worker. PMI Capital Region gives you every penny that you pay for and then some! Usually, I do post reviews. However, I know how hard it is to find a quality and trustworthy property manager. I highly recommend Julianne. She will take care of your property as if the property is her own. I am speaking from experience and I cannot say enough good things about her work ethic and professionalism. She takes pride in her work and immediately notifies me of any issues concerning my property. Most places simply collect a check.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Maryland and do the required biennial continuing education as well as attend meetings and seminars throughout the year on various property management topics.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Meet with them in person, look carefully through their proposal, and most importantly make sure they look and act professional.
