Introduction: I am a certified 200hour Yoga teacher. I have been trained in Iyengar yoga but classes can incorporate different styles to fit your needs. I am a compassionate and understanding yoga teacher that loves teaching and learning alongside my clients! Each person deserves to feel good emotionally, physically and mentally. I design personal classes that help to meet those needs for each client. I have been teaching for 2 years and though classes may differ they are all invigorating, relaxing and centering!

Yoga is probably one of the hardest physical activities I have ever done, but when taking Bianca’s class, I can honestly say, she doesn’t scare me away from doing it again. Yoga is a physical and mentally demanding activity and with Bianca’s guidance, it makes the experience that more uplifting . In this new virtual world, giving instructions may be difficult at times, but her demonstrations/explanations makes the flow effortless. Her soothing voice does make the class that more enjoyable, as you are able to find peace in it and connect more with yourself. I always feel lighter and more aligned with myself whenever I do table bianca’s class. Always ready for more! And trust me, you will feel a stretch, burn yet sense of relaxation ! Ready for the next!!!

Yoga session with Bianca was really good! I got a lot out of the poses/stretches (my body was so happy for the movement) and she managed to pay attention to each person even though it was over zoom!

I’ve been doing virtual yoga with Bianca for the past few months. She is a skilled teacher who is really good at tailoring class to your specific needs (tightness from other exercises etc.). In general I have a hard time sitting to do yoga for an hour but her classes are interesting and just strenuous enough so that you feel completely relaxed at the end, but also that you got a good workout in. I’ve fallen asleep at the end of class during Shavasana more times than I can count haha.
Would definitely recommend her!

I find that Bianca's classes are always very rewarding for both my body and mind. She's very professional, thorough and easy to follow. Her calm and loving energy provides such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
