Our nine-year-old system had multiple problem, some of which I was unaware, as they had been there since installation. Scott was persistent in discovering and resolving each one. At one point, all signs pointed to a faulty heat exchanger and he ordered a replacement. He then thoroughly examined the existing heat exchanger, found no problem and reinstalled it, declining to charge for his time spent on it. Our HVAC system now operates better than it ever had. Scott was professional and courteous throughout and meticulously cleaned his work area. I called him on a Sunday morning, expecting to leave a message. He answered the call after one ring. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our basic service call is $79.00 for regular service calls. We provide free estimates on all new installations along with 10 year parts warranties and 10 year labor warranties. We also offer 10 years financing for qualified buyers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our first contact is usually over the phone and then we assist them with scheduling an appointment that is convenient with their schedule. Once the appointment is made, our staff arrives. All our techs have business cards so they can introduce themselves, they are in uniform and wear booties on their feet so they don't get your floors dirty. Once we diagnose a problem, we discuss the repair options for the customer so they can make an informed decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our master mechanic has 25 years of experience in the field, our journeyman has about 20 years and our other team members have 2-3 years of experience in the field. We do continuing education at our office and through the various manufacturers and supply houses that we represent.
