I reached out to Alt-Air with a last minute, urgent request for some roofing work on my property. I suspected a crack where my skylight was located, was responsible for the leaks.
The representative i spoke with was courteous, attentive and professional. We got an appointment scheduled within 2 business days, despite my last minute request.
The work done was quick and thorough. The imaging was crystal clear and I was able to use it for my Home Warranty needs as well as the contractors doing the repair.
Alt-Air was extremely professional with very high end equipments, as obvious from the quality of the imagery. The service was also budget friendly. I would definitely contact them again should the need arise. I highly recommend their services.
