Mr. Hilliard was extremely polite, professional, and flexible. He was easy to coordinate with, and came to my house on short notice. Although he offered the lowest price of anyone who contacted me, Mr. Hilliard did not try to rush the job or add additional unexpected costs during the repair. He was very patient and thorough, explaining his work as he went along and ensuring I understood what had happened and how to minimize the chance of these issues in the future. The quality of his work was excellent. I highly recommend him and will definitely hire his company again for any future computer problems.

Malcolm phoned 30 minute prior to arrival and arrived a few minutes early. He went right to work installing print drivers and solving our wireless printing issues. All went well and efficient. He also gave us advise for our itunes account and is helping solve another problem related to an old laptop. Good stuff.
