I have been working with Alee for a year now, started with online training then I started attending weekly boot camp classes. Alee has a great background and the education about physical fitness, sports and weight management and she does a good job with teaching you about fitness along your journey. What I like most about Alee’s training guidance is that she keeps the exercises interesting and challenging at the same time. She did a great job tailoring the program to my needs and adjusting them if need be. Alee is very creative and helped me to learn new exercises with limited equipment. She has also helped me to debunk the myths about women lifting heavy weights. Once I followed Alee’s program I was able to break my long plateau. I have been very active all of my life, however I am now in the best shape of my life. I am 25lbs down, 10% body fat reduction, more muscle mass. I am also stronger and faster than I have ever been. I will continue to work with Alee to supersede my fitness goals, and begin to train with her one on one!!!

This is my first time working out with a personal trainer one on one. I’ve been working with (Alee) for about 5 weeks. We work out 3 times a week and she has provided me with a meal plan. I must say, this is one of the best investment decisions I have made. I see small positive changes happening to my body. Especially, in my arms that is showing more muscle definition. I also notice my level of endurance has increased. I feel very good about my results, and on my way to achieving my goal. I’m so happy my brother introduced me to Alee, he was right. She is AMAZING!!! She is a great motivator always there to challenge and encourage you. After my training session with Alee is over, I always feel a since of accomplishment. Believe me when I say it’s a wonderful feeling. I would recommend Alee to anyone looking to prioritize their health and learn the fundamentals of fitness. Thanks Alee!!

Working out w/ Alee was a blessing, I started out at a good 135lbs, could only bench like 45lbs bar 25lbs Dumbbells Squating almost 65lbs. Today I weigh a good 160lbs lean about 10% body fat bench almost 235lbs squat 315lbs. Working out with Alee gave me discipline and knowledge about my health and physic. It was a great start for my journey and it comes Highly Recommended!

Alee kept me motivated, as time got hard. When I wanted to give up, she would happen to send words of encouragement via email an text. I appreciate her as she knew what she was talking about. When the numbers stayed the same (lbs) I was worried, she told me to stay away from the scale an worry bout the measurements. Inch by inch I started to see what she meant. THANKS FOR THE GUIDANCE!!!

An expert in her field! Alee's services helped me lose 14 lbs and I live 220 miles away from her! She was able to give me a solid plan based on the goals I shared with her.
