My daughter introduced me to the DISC Assessment and Ms. Aisha Thomas as a way for me to learn more about myself and step into a greater leadership role at work. I'm entering into a new season in my life that requires me to do think, act, and work differently. Aisha showed me that what I thought was a weakness is actually not a weakness. She explained thoroughly my natural preferences and why I am the way that I am! Since the assessment, I have learned to work with my team members better. I work in the healthcare field, so there is a lot of negotiating and strategy in our decisions. Aisha helped me to see the importance of why I needed to begin more firm in implementing my schedule with clients and potential clients to allow them schedule their own appointments. She also took a look at my process to prequalify leads (potential clients) and gave me great feedback about how some of the questions I was asking were not direct enough or asked for too much detail too early. That was incredibly valuable to me because it provided a perspective outside of my own. When dealing with potential clients they don’t see things the way you do because they are actually experiencing the service. Her perspective helped me see things from the potential clients eyes.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    It also includes discounted books, additional services such as a 30 day follow up and in some cases additional consulting or professional development training tailored to the intended audience.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    An initial online questionnaire to gather data about the event and event goals. Following that, I would schedule a phone call to discuss further about those specifics and answer any questions or address concerns. My Assistant will then follow up after the phone call to coordinate any contracts or additional requirements. Finally, the week of the event, we would touch base regarding the event, any changes or anything additional prior to the event.
