- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial online questionnaire to gather data about the event and event goals. Following that, I would schedule a phone call to discuss further about those specifics and answer any questions or address concerns. My Assistant will then follow up after the phone call to coordinate any contracts or additional requirements. Finally, the week of the event, we would touch base regarding the event, any changes or anything additional prior to the event.
