So far, so good! Coach Ebby and Matt are very responsive and are willing to be flexible to suit my personal needs (e.g: adjusting meal plans and scheduling training sessions). I am being pushed every training session and feel my energy levels and endurance rising. I've only been a client for a few weeks, so I am looking forward to seeing how much more I change over time.

I can not say enough how amazing it was to have Ebby as a personal trainer. I went to her completely lost on how to start working out again. I had multiple surgeries and had be unable to excercise for over two years due to injuries and pain. She immediately helped me fine-tune workouts that helped me strengthen muscles that havent been used in so long that they had atrophied. She was very accommodating when letting me schedule around my work as active duty and all the medical appointments I had to go to. She worked with me to meet my personal goals while also making sure I focused on workouts to reduce further injuries. She kept me motivated while not judging me if I had a bad day. She gave me the sense of accomplishment that I would never feel if I was starting from the bottom by myself. I don't regret a single part of working with her, in fact the only reason I couldn't continue was due to personal money issues. Do yourself a favor and give her a call because she will take care of you and help you become a healthier version of what you are now.

We also offer online coaching, nutritional counseling and supplemental advice. We have a Corporate Wellness Platform for businesses and corporations We also offer a variety of face-to-face, virtual and online fitness and life coaching programs/packages to cater to all income levels. Customize training is built around the clients needs and our online programs download instantly, ready for use.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Let’s get you started with a FREE consultation to see if the program option is the best fit for you. We will briefly discuss your goals, your outlook and anything you feel may be in the way of you achieving your goals. Step 2: Identify your goals more specifically and establish a realistic timeline with the appropriate tools to help you succeed. During this step, we will walk through the overarching expectations required to achieve your goals. Step 3: Implement your customized training, coaching, or combined services and begin moving forward into tackling your goals!
