On March 29, 2016, a pipe burst in our neighbor’s home which caused water to seep into our basement, causing flooding. After a lot of back in forth with our insurance company we were finally able to file a claim. Serve-pro was suggested by our insurance company to perform the mitigation. After the 3-day mitigation process the affected carpet was concluded damaged. After a week of frustration trying to find a contractor that could perform the restoration I decided to get on here and start searching for a contractor. I had 6 contractors assess the damage and give me proposals. Most of the proposals were overpriced and the contractors didn't inspire confidence. I finally decided to contact Cletus, he was very responsive to my initial phone call and came to look at the basement the next day. He gave me an estimate and ensured me he would restore the damages to our basement. He and his crew were very professional yet friendly. They removed contents from the affected spaces, which was really going above and beyond what I would expect. I would highly recommend them to others. Top notch service and very knowledgeable of water, mold remediation, and restoration. He kept us informed on the progress and worked hard to be done by the deadline. He did exactly what he promised and more, I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone needing water restoration.

I am a prior military personnel who have traveled within and outside of the United States. Therefore, I can differentiate between businesses that are dishonest (scam artist), and those that are sincere in their efforts to provide remarkable workmanship. I spoke with 6 contractors, excluding God's Glory LLC, who tried to pressure me into signing contracts that didn't address the underlying cause of the water in my crawlspace. I hired Mr. Elendu , the owner of God's Glory LLC, because he is very professional and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of home improvements and repairs, water/fire restoration along with mold remediation. His customer service is unmatchless-a breath of fresh air. He first defined the underlying cause of the water damages, and carefully explained the best techiques to repair the water damages in the front of the home. He always keep me abreast on any modifications that had to be made. Most importantly, Mr. Elendu listened to my concerns, and he provided the best techiques to repair water damages and prevention of water intrusion into the crawlspace. Mr. Elendu never pressured me into signing a contract. He was readily available to answer any questions pertaining to water restoration, watetproofing, and home repairs or improvements. We had agreed that I would purchase the materials-Mr. Elendu went to Home Depot to get the materials for me, and with the extra materials he waterproofed the side area of the home, without charging me for the services. He meticulously designed a highly effective drainage and waterproof system. I was having difficulty racking the leaves; therefore, Mr. Elendu had his crew racked the leaves for me. This contractor business is the greatest, and almost goes the extra miles to provide outstanding customer service. His prices are competitive. I highly recommend God's Glory LLC to anyone who is looking for a remarkable, highly skilled craftsman. In fact, I will be utilizing Mr. Elendu for any future contracting services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No !!! We operate by the standard pricing systern of the industry .We use estimating software called "Xactimate28. This is also what most insurance companies uses for estimating .With this system you're not over charged nor short charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Processes as in procedure is of the standard of the industry. But as human..I'm so passionate driven...I will always like to first and foremost take charge of the emotional situation of my customers,bringing him/her under control to have confidence that there will be solution to their situation and being that I do emergency and property damage jobs means I'm like a doctor before his patient...
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained, practically and professionally certified as required by the standards in the industry under IICRC and my firm is also certified. This simply means that everything about me and my company met with the operational standard in the industry -Basically in home improvement. We are simply the best!I'm not only a general contractor certified by the law of USA but also a practical home improver, Licensed, bonded and insured in the home improvement industry as well.
