Earl did a great job and was professional, easy to communicate with via text message, and very considerate of our house, covering his shoes with plastic bags before entering and exiting. Would definitely recommend and hire again - I used him the following month to fix the electrical on our hot water heater. The only downside was that for both jobs they were a bit expensive for the service performed.
