FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my cost affordable: my initial cost is based on time on site which really the most important factor. The follow ups are based on less time and consistency of service to eliminate the pest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a lot questions which sometimes can feel intrusive but I’m only concerned about solving your problem quickly, economically and safely. My team is trained to listen, do, and review. Make sure that through out this process we are a team. Try to avoid self help (internet) or quick sprays from Home Depot. I don’t ask for favors, I don’t make promises and once you work with Red Knight Industries your Family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of pest management experience in commercial and residential. I have a BS in Art Education from Towson University and AA from Carroll Community College. Art side of my career assists in thinking “outside the box” & from different perspectives which goes a long way in solving pest issues.
