I had deep cleaning scheduled for this weekend and I would only give it a 3.5 out of 5 stars because my house wasn't that clean after the services were complete. I will start by saying I have never had cleaning services before so I wasn't sure what to expect. But this is what I was looking to get accomplished. I wanted the carpets vacuumed and the baseboards cleaned and wiped down. The carpets have a lot of hair, especially in the corners from my dog. So I did point this out and asked for that to be a point of interest.
After she was finished cleaning we did not do a walk through so I did this on my own after I signed off on the paperwork. I noticed the baseboards weren't cleaned the way I had requested them to be wiped down and there still dirt, and hair in against the walls.
I am not really sure what I was expecting from a housecleaner but my roommates and I both agreed the house didn't look that different before and after. So I don't think I would recommend this company just because they were priced higher than some other quotes I received and I was still not happy with the level of "deep" cleaning that was done. I do not think this should have been classified as a deep cleaning seeing how there was still hair and soot on the floor and baseboards and dust around the house.

I requested a quote for two people for two FULL days to throughly wet wipe surfaces in a house that is empty. The price quote I received was for a deep cleaning rate per day.
After they arrived, they complained about the work and said that they thought that they were doing a light cleaning. Then they were ready to leave after two hours, which is not a full day. They ended up staying for five hours but we had to go back and re-wipe where they had worked because they had done such a poor job. There was still visible dust on ledges that they wiped. Terrible. I would not hire them.

We have provided service to many customers this is the first customer we had that lied about a quote. they lied and told my employees they needed to move faster. we don't charge per hour because I want my customers to get top service. the job was done they signed paperwork and said it looked good. they were on location for 6 hours. gave them a discount for 2 days they only used us one of the two days. because all the hard parts of the job was done on day one. also they did not know the one worker was myself aka the owner! they tried to pull a fast one And I find it sad.
