Introduction: A Touch of Class Consulting is a Maryland-based wedding and event designing/planning company created from a love for elegance, luxury, and attention to details. We love working with trendsetters, couples who aren’t afraid of bold colors, great attention to details with whimsical elegance. We love vibrant floral arraignments, and fine linens decorated in colors. Our attentively curated ideas help our clients plan the quintessential dream event.
Owner and lead designer, Torie Proctor, started A Touch of Class Consulting after a creative journey through the planning and preparation of her own wedding. It was the “ I wish I had” and “I should’ve” coupled with a passion for all things elegant and bling that ignited her desire to help other brides have their own glamorous, dream wedding.

Torie and her team have done two events for me. My baby shower was an event that many are still talking about. From the decorations to the food, people were impressed.
