You will be pleased with both the quality of service and the fabulous results We have the most powerful truckmount unit in the industry. I started with portables, but I realize it just doesnt have the suction or heat that a truckmount uses. Carpets usually dry within 2 hours.

Wow! What a difference two hours makes! Greg of Diamond Shine carpet showed up on time and made such a world of difference on my 15 year old carpets! They look brand new. I went ahead and splurged for the reasonably priced extra of anti-microbial, anti-allergen, and odor treatment. Looks and smells great! I was so impressed with his professionalism and the magical difference his carpet cleaning made, I’m going to have him back out in the spring to do them again. The price also couldn’t be beat by anybody else. Such super value for the money! If you’re reading all these reviews don’t hesitate to contact Greg of Diamond Shine carpets first, I don’t think you will regret it. I sure didn’t!

Over the years I have used many carpet cleaning companies. DiamondShine stands head and shoulders above them all and now I will never use anyone else! Other companies gave me a quote but said it was just an estimate and they would not be able to give me a definitive price until they arrived the day of the cleaning. DiamondShine stood behind their price and I knew exactly what I was getting. Although they were not the lowest, they were very reasonable and I could rest assured that I would not be scammed like I have been with other companies. The tech confirmed he would be there the day before, called 15 minutes beforehand and arrived precisely on time. It was obvious he was a professional by the way he walked through the home to get a scope of the work and then set right to work, finishing much before I thought he would. He also wore a mask. The work quality was superior. I had thought that I would have to replace the carpets but after DiamondShine they look amazing. I really can't believe it! Do yourself a favor - don't use anyone else!!!
