Kathy has been pet sitting our furry companions for over ?? years, sometimes for two weeks at a time when we travel. For her, it seems more a labor of love than a business. She goes the extra mile to make sure our pets are cared for, loved, and exercised while were away. During the Derecho in 2012, she came over in the middle of the night to make sure they were okay. Last fall we had to send one of our dogs to heaven a week before we left for a trip. Our other dog was depressed and wouldnt eat. Kathy would take him for a ride to cheer him up so he would eat. She even prepares a daily report card to keep us apprised of their well-being. You cant go wrong by bringing Kathy into your pets life when you cant be near them yourself.

Kathy is wonderful. We left for a week and came home to a happy relaxed cat. Kathy is thorough in making sure everything will go smoothly before you leave and takes excellent care of the pet once you leave. Kathy's love of critters radiates from her as our shy cat warmed up to her right away. She is professional, responsive and kind. I highly recommend Kathy Booker.

Kathy has been watching my Yorkie for at least 6 years. She takes great care of my dog & I never worry when I'm away. I know my dog is being treated as part of the family. My dog doesn't like to be away from me, unless she's going to Kathy's. She races to the front door! I recommend Safe and Secure Petsitting with absolute confidence.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Walking $20 per walk, however discount for three or more walks in a day $15 per visit. Special arrangements for in my home sitting $40 per day with an approved meet and greet.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I belong to two professional organizations and I read, read, and read up on breeds.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a yorkie for twenty years and she was near the end of her journey and no one would watch her. After we lost her there was a hole in my heart . I started to foster and then open up my business.
