Introduction: All of our interpreters/translators are not only highly qualified, but are ALL nationally certified. Many of them hold terminal degrees: Phd, JD, and about 99% hold Master Degrees (including the owner himself Shawn Maldon). Communication! Bridging the gap between two worlds who would otherwise not be able to communicate. Teaching is a tremendous opportunity to share knowledge, it is a natural gift for me, Shawn Maldon.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all, prices tend to be ONE price/per hour. For example, 100/hour per interpreter.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. The Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (www.rid.org) Requires that all certified interpreters stay current on CEUs.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was very young, my mother 1) gave me a sign language book and 2) introduced me to my "Godparents" who are deaf!
