Hamilton we are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience. However to potential clients this review doesn’t reflect the caliber of work we provide. Before beginning the project of an above ground pool demo we were provided misleading information & bid the job accordingly based on that info. After beginning & completing 70% of the project we notified the client that their above ground pool had a deep in, which was an unknown & rare occurrence. The client knew of this during the bidding process & before the project began but didnt notify us of this important detail. After it became known to us we provided several solutions to resolve the matter as well as worked over the allotted time given to the project to bring the project within county code requirements. Our concerns and solutions were ultimately dismissed by the client & they decided to leave the project unfinished and provide partial payment which we ultimately came to an agreement on. This project was in early June of 2019, 6 months prior to this review & reply. Again we are sorry to hear Hamilton didn’t enjoy the experience however we are fully transparent on how we operate & conduct business.
