I would recommend Charlie in a heartbeat. He’s knowledgeable, thorough, punctual, a very experienced trainer who comes to your home. Can’t be more convenient.Jun 5, 2019Verified

Charlie is amazing! He knows his stuff I've had two sessions so far and look forward to working with him for a very long time. It feels like I've known him forever I would definitely recommend Charlie to anyone looking to get in shape he is an absolute delight to work with I have zero complaints. I'm pleasantly surprised how good this is going so far and that the first person to respond to me ended up being the perfect match for me.Dec 25, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I use a flat rate of $40 per session. But, I do build in some discounts for people who buy packages. For example, for a client who buys a 5-pack, they recieve $3 off per session and $5 off per session on a 10-pack. In addition, I will take the client through a complimentary Fitness Evaluation and Assessment to get a better idea of where they are at Physically and Medically in accordance to what their goals are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically, after initial contact - I will sit down with the client and go through a thorough Medical Assessment to find out if there any conditions that I should know about. I will also go through a Fitness Evaluation as well which include a Goals and Needs Analysis. Collectively, that can tell me if the client has any limitations or contraindications to exercise or what he/she is trying to accomplish. Once we get through that, I will take them through some things to give them an idea of what training with me is like and give them an idea of how I write Programs for people.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Dayton. I have been in the Fitness Industry for the last 18 years. Some of my Experience and Certifications include: ▪ Fitness Director for the USS CARL VINSON CVN70 Aircraft Carrier ▪ Personal/Private Training for Sports Club LA and Equinox in Washington DC ▪ National Academy of Sports Medicine Optimum Performance Trainer ▪ Coopers Institute Physical Fitness Trainer ▪ADVANTAGE Trainer (Postural Analysis) ▪ US Navy Command Fitness Leader ▪ Integrated Flexibility Trainer ▪ Functional Anatomy Specialist ▪ Functional Movement Screen Level 1 ▪ Equinox Fitness Training Institute Tier 2 Trainer ▪ Pre/Post Natal Certification - Currently, outside of Training people - I am in my 3rd year of Physical Therapy School where I am involved in Clinical Rotations as well as involvement in a study where we are researching the effects of exercise on Patients with Parkinsons Disease which will be used in my Thesis.
