About this pro
My goal is to work with couples to not only prepare for the wedding, but to prepare for the marriage and life together. In preparing for the service, I want to make it personal to each couple, and not simply a "cookie cutter" that has not considered the setting, the couple, and their lives together. Also, I work hard to make the service as enjoyable (even fun!) as possible, while remaining faithful to the purpose of asking God's blessing upon the marriage. Helping folks start their new lives together off on the right foundation.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?Pastors in most parishes and congregations work very hard--60 to 80 hour weeks are not unknown. We get surprises--funerals, for example--that toss a well planned week right out the window. Also, while there are some pastors who make a lot of money (often more from their books and speaking engagements), most of us are making a lot less than you would expect for someone doing most of the day-to-day work in a parish.
