"Keep the Beat" CPR and First Aid training had many days and times available. I signed up online and was able to take the class and be certified the next day. I took an all-in-one type class and saved some $ as well, compared to other locations I had been searching. Josh was an excellent instructor, loud and clear enough that we didn't have to ask him to repeat anything. The class seemed easy and fun. I left smiling.

On September 9th, 2014 Keep The Beat came out to Capital One to train a group of 26 associates CPR & First Aid Training. The team had a blast. Not only was the training informative, the team had a great time. Jill kept the training lively and upbeat. The class was about a hour and thirty minutes. Not long at all. Everyone that took the class walked away certified in CPR and confident in their abilities. Jill also used real life stories to go along with her demonstrations which was beyond helpful. I was beyond impressed with Keep the Beat and will definitely recommend them to friends, family, and use them in the future for more corporate trainings. Thank you so much Jill! Natasha Johnstone
