Michael did an outstanding job on my computer after my hard drive crashed in the midst of an expedited work assignment. He purchased a new hard drive for me and installed it in less than 48 hours. I highly recommend him to anyone with a computer issue!

Michael was great to work with. he came to pick up my computer the same day, and returned it the very next day. He was able to fix the problem while the IT guys at my company told me that I needed to re-install windows. I'm glad I went with Michael's advice. He ordered the replacement part needed for my laptop, emailed me when it arrived, and came out to install it when scheduled. Our pricing structure is comparable to what is typical for other local professional, reputable companies in the DMV/ Baltimore area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer and find out exactly what their issues are. Then I assess the problem and determine the best route for repair. Lastly I convey this to the client and obtain their consent for the repair.

B.S. degree in Information Technology, many current industry certifications, 18 years of experience.
