FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen, ask questions, figure out the issues you are having, create and execute solutions. Provide and prove results. I take on full responsibility to report and deliver results to you so that you still have a grasp on the progress while still having the freedom and peace of mind so you can focus on running your business. We do this in five (5) stages: 1. Learn about you and your business, research your customers and competitors. 2. I create the right content at the right time to the right audience. 3. Strategically design and layout key elements on your site to attract and nurture leads. 4. Take advantage of the latest technology, trends, and best practices to help you manage your business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before attending Art School, I was a self-taught Graphic Artist that achieved success early in my career when I landed my dream job as a Jr Graphic Designer and Newspaper paginator. I was then offered an amazing position as a Senior designer where most of my skill was developed and I greatly improved my knowledge. I have a BFA in Digital Film and Television Production and I am currently pursuing an MBA in Business Administration and Marketing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been interested and began practicing graphic design since Photoshop 3 before Adobe acquired Dreamweaver and Flash. I grew my skills from QuarkXPress to InDesign, learned HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I am a Business Catalyst Expert, but currently, I have developed a liking to Wordpress. In addition, I am also a Blackmagic ATEM and TriCaster Expert, video content producer, and a cinematographer.
