The FITology team consists of all types of backgrounds ranging from weight loss, corrective exercise, functional training, elderly population, injuries, powerlifting, athletic training, bodybuilding and more. While its not recommended to get obsessive over measurements, numbers, and calories, its important to stay on track and change something if its not working. Once you leave FITology with this new added motivation and training, the only thing you have left to do is to enjoy and cherish all your hard work.
