Excellent photography. You can’t ask for better service.Jun 7, 2018VerifiedPhotography by Terrance's reply
Thanks for the kind words! It's great to work with people who recognize the difference between value-based service and budget-based photography! We made art on that day!
Our company hired Terrance to take headshot photos throughout our corporate event - he also brought another member of his team to provide event photography. The results were great!! Terrance worked hard and quickly throughout the entire event and we are very pleased. The turnaround on getting us the finished images was also very quick!! Definitely recommend!!!Sep 30, 2019Verified
Terrance did an excellent job very quickly. He was super responsive organizing things, made me comfortable taking the pictures even though I didn't really know what to do, and got some shots that took a truly professional eye. Great value for the money. He even delivered the results within a couple of hours! Highly recommend for anyone who wants professional headshots or any other kind of photography.Sep 24, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I'm providing quality and service that's on the higher end of what you'd typically expect from a gig-for-hire site. Where some might differentiate on price, I differentiate on attention, image quality, print quality, value, and the emotional reactions from my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? After my services have been secured through the contract and/or the retainer. We'll communicate either by phone, email, text, or face-to-face to set the theme of the session. This is to establish the mood of the images, the location, the expectations, and the types of setups that will be used for the session. During the session, I'll sometimes have a lighting assistant or two with us. If hair/makeup artists were included in the package, they'll be tagging along as well. The location(s) will have been pre-scouted in the majority of cases, and there's no need to worry about posing or angles and I will have already worked that out during the location scouting. That said, we have plenty of room for spontaneity! The type of session and workload pretty much determine the timeline for delivering the images, but the deadline for me will be in the contract. I typically deliver well before the deadline, and present you with a private online gallery where you'll be able to select your prints included with your package. Most importantly, I treat EVERY session as an audition for your repeat business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm a member of Portrait Photographers of America (PPA). But I don't believe that's an important question unless you're doing an article for Thumbtack. So, here's how I view education/training/equipment conversations, because THIS is all that really matters to me: When I get an emotional response from a client, I know that I've made good on my promise to show their moments in the best light. Capturing the apparent and the hidden beauty in our lives in the printed, digital, and hybrid forms is my passion. Now, if you'd like to LEARN more about it, I'd be glad to show you!
