Believe the other reviewers, Ms. Z is extremely thorough. I was happy that they were able to book me so quickly. After Ms. Z and Juanita cleaned the entire house - from top to bottom - it felt like a new home to me! I'm SO appreciative to Ms. Z and Juanita for getting my home ready to hit the market. All my prices are in line with the market and it can be tailored to fit their needs
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After having a detailed discussion of what they are looking for, I take an initial visit before agreeing to the project. From there I provide them with the many services that I provide and the cost, and then I allow them to decide what they want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a manager of the community center One if my responsibilities was to oversee the Janitorial staff.
