- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Having been a bride myself, I understand the importance of making and sticking to a budget. I offer very competitive pricing while maintaining high quality customer service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers are required to have a FREE 30 minute consultation. This gives us a chance to know each other, and more importantly, gives the client the opportunity to see if I am a good fit. If it feels right, I will either recommend a combination of a la carte services to meet a client's needs, or recommend a service package.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in Project Management (PMP certified with a Masters degree in Project Management). I have over 10 years of customer service, project management, and customer relationship management experience. I apply my technical knowledge to events and weddings to make dreams into reality for my clients.
