- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitively priced to the DMV market, however we own all of equipment and we are a small independent so pricing can be negotiable
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak with the client to get a full understanding of the client and their goals for the event and we like to suggest an inflatable that will fit accordingly. Once agreed upon with the client, we create and send an agreement for their record and we stay in touch leading up to the date of the event because the weather can be tricky. Then we like to deliver early and pick up late so the client can fully utilize the equipment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Whenever kids are involved there is a high level of concern on safety. As a result, we are required to complete several hours of education annually to remain compliant. And we adhere to these standards annually!
