• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  My pricing may vary depending on the type of project and the complexity. Most fees listed are just my starting point. I will always be upfront and communicate with you when it comes to pricing. In my contract and on my invoices, there is a payment clause. I have a retainer fee that is equal to 50% of your total services. after the consultation and the our follow up appointment 75% of the total is due. The final amount or paid in full amount is due before shipping or final services are delivered/rendered. For certain projects this payment schedule and fee may change. If you have any questions, please ask.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Typically when we are engaging a new customer we like to set up a time to meet either via the phone, in person, or a Zoom meeting. Here we talk about what it is that you are looking for. When you will need it by, your budget, etc. From there I will go over how I can achieve this for you and how doing business with Shayde Co will continue. Beyond this point, I will send over a contract, outlining all that we have talked about and went over and then once it is signed and deposits are made, we go to work!

  I am a self taught seamstress and designer. I have spent many hours building my clientele and business.
