Fantastic company. We had a plumbing issue and their team diagnosed the problem immediately, put together a great plan to solve the issue and improve our water and drain flow, and then they completed all the work the next day. They showed up on time, so kind and nice and generous, they worked through the problem and left the area spotless. Honestly the entire space looked cleaner and nicer than before! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually go for a free estimate unless we need to cut the drywall. We charge $150 for cutting drywall.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will bring our own materials, parts. If you have a specific one, we can pickup for you from local stores (Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc…)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have different trainings. Drain line camera from Ridgid specialist and recently Backflow training from Master plumber.
