Elin designed a creative program to help my 9 year old son prepare for his martial arts tournaments. My son definitely made improvements in his strength, agility and stamina. Elin was also able to fine tune his kicking and blocking skills since he has experience in various self defense/fighting skills. Elin is quick to respond to emails/text/calls and has tremendous knowledge in the art of exercise, bodybuilding and nutrition. I highly recommend Elin and his team for anyone looking for a professional personal trainer.
Kylene is incredibly professional & personable. She is great with communicating to the client and flexible with scheduling, which is key for my work/life balance. She is punctual, knowledgeable and does a great job of tailoring my workouts to the areas I want to improve most. Not only is she a great trainer, but does a great job balancing the act of pushing the client and realizing when the client (me) needs a break. Last, she gives great advice and work out tips (but not in a know-it-all way) for my off days. I would highly encourage anyone to utilize Jones 4Fitness and hire Kylene as their personal trainer.
Garid was my personal trainer, and he was the best Trainer I've had. He has an innate ability to inspire you when you are just ready to give up. He won't allow you to give up on yourself and helps you visualize your success to push you through each workout. Weight loss has been a long journey for me with many ups and downs, but this time I'm in it for the long haul. I've lost 25 lbs with the help of Fitness Stop. Plus Robert and his team are very customer service friendly and work to ensure you have the best experience possible. I strongly recommend Shawn as your personal trainer. I am a 37 year old with a very sedentary job and completely out of shape . I have been working with Shawn for 6 weeks, thrice a week. My problem with a one size fitness program like p90x or a group class is that I cannot actually do them - i either injure myself or get so exhausted I cant do my work - so I can stick to a program and dont see results. Shawn took all of this into account and designed a custom program for me. He pushes me (but not to break point), mixes up the routine (that helps me stay interested) and offers a good explanation for why I am doing something. The diet plan is great. He is very professional and will email you meeting requests to schedule time and is on time for class. Thanks to Shawn, 6 weeks of rigorous exercise is the most I have done in my life - I hope to keep this streak going.

Gary has been my personal trainer for 4.5 years now. When I started working out with him I was almost 52 years old and overweight. Thanks to Gary, I lost 35 pounds and built muscle I never had before! His workouts tone & build muscle, but he knows just how far to push things so you work a bit above your limit without pain or aches. his workouts are the best ever! I'm in better shape than when I was younger. Gary also worked with me this year to rehabilitate my shoulder after a fall. I hit my shoulder pretty hard and could barely lift my right arm. Slowly, Gary added exercise to bring my shoulder back to 100%. Amazing. Can't say enough. You just have to try him to see for yourself.

Emmanuel is the best personal trainer I've ever experienced and one of the most knowledgable people I know about health that I've ever talked with. He works with you from the ground up to not just "get in to shape" but he will help develop a true and livable, healthy lifestyle in your workouts, nutrition, and day to day activities. WORKOUTS Emmanuel's work outs can be hard, but never grueling. Although If you are wanting to look like an athlete, he will definitely train you like one! Emmanuel doesn't yell at you and tries to throw more weight on you or pushes you to muscular failure. First he assesses the structural integrity of your body and muscular system and see how you move and handle weight. After a workout assessment, he will make suggestions on how to compensate or improve your overall balance. True and complete strengthening can really only take place once the body is working together in a balanced harmonizing way. A person cannot call themselves fit, if they only have one developed part of the body. The entire body has to be conditioned and developed; Total fitness. Once your form is in place, then he increases your function, progressively adding additional weight, reps and intensity/ variations.

Convenience...Expertise...Results: I was looking for a personal trainer to get back into shape. I work in an Emergency Department with a schedule that has me going from a 7a shift to an 11p shift to a 3p shift all in the same week! Despite this crazy schedule, Arris has ALWAYS been able to schedule a time that was convenient for me! He was interested in learning about my health issues and my goals. As a matter of fact, once I got started, he helped me to loose 1-2 pounds each week! He designed a program specifically tailored to help me to get on the road to achieve my goals. He made modifications to my exercise regimen so that I was able to workout efficiently without concern that I would sustain further damage to my dodgy knee or exacerbate my plantar fasciitis. During one of my sessions, I mentioned to him that I was recently started on insulin. He listened to my concerns and, at our next session, it was quite clear that he had researched DM, as well as strategies to help me cope with fluctuations in my blood sugars that could occur with exercise. He has even offered to go grocery shopping with me to find foods that would help control my blood sugars, as well as give me energy. On the occasion when my schedule would not permit me to complete a session, Arris e-mailed me with a regimen that could be done at home. I highly recommend Arris Kontos and TwentyFourTraining without reservation!

I highly recommend Sean if you are looking to work with a personal trainer who not only has great work ethics but also is very knowledgeable in his field and above all has a great personality. He mixes the workouts so you would not get bored doing the same set always. He is flexible if one has to change time slots and above all is really passionate and dedicated towards his job.
Before going to Soupar as a personal trainer I had tried gyms, workout videos, and morning boot camps. All of them ended up being incredibly boring, and when it's boring it's not effective. Soupar know how to keep the workouts interesting and effective. He took the time to talk to me and figure out my goals, then crafted a carefully planned routine. And the plan is not rigid, but is tailored to address any issues that may occur during the time between visits. I credit him with helping get my weight down, my cholesterol in control, and helping get off the medication that the doctor put me on. Outside of sessions Soupar keeps track of all of his clients regarding exercise and diet. Overall he is a consummate professional who takes the goals seriously, while keeping the journey fun.

Justin has been my Personal Trainer since October of 2016. We have averaged 2 sessions a week over this period. In my late 30's, as a new dad, I decided it was time to reclaim my fitness. Justin has helped me do it in ways I never expected. Improving my posture and "curving" in all my lifting movements has allowed me to increase strength while reducing recovery time. I no longer have the back pains that were a constant for five years prior. Justin has a unique ability to push me beyond my mental limits- stretch my own tolerance for discomfort. When I am traveling and working out a hotel gyms, I find it much easier to put together a routine with limited resources. Additionally, I find myself pushing harder than I can remember without any prompting. I wasn't looking for a quick fix, although I'm sure Justin could facilitate some impressive 1-2 month results. I wanted a guide to safely increasing strength, building routine, and instilling discipline in my exercise.
George has been my personal trainer for 2 months now and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to choose him as a facilitator in my fitness journey. I train with him about 3 times a week and since I’ve started, I can already see and feel results. The idea of exercising and going to the gym always used to give me anxiety. I knew I wanted to be fit and healthy but I did not know where to start. After I started training with George, I began to see that exercising can be less of a struggle and more enjoyable. I actually look forward to going to the gym now because he has and continues to provide me with the directive and tools needed to attain my fitness goals...and it’s been working!
