Moved two pianos. Charlie nice to deal with, but team lacked experience in piano specialty. One had some damage to wood finish worse than I initially noticed. . Agreed to use credit card, but upon delivery requested half cash. Fortunately i was able to comply.Dec 13, 2016VerifiedCharlie D.'s reply
She told us they have been moved a few times and I showed her those marks before we touched them! We moved 2 pianos from 2 locations at the same time! Notice how the newer and more expensive one is not pictured because it was in the same shape it was when we picked it up. She told us this piano needed to be sanded and refinished before we put any hands on it! She said it had to be flipped on its side to get in the room it was in all we did was pull it out of the same room and roll it to the truck! I don't like taking the blame for others mistakes!

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Be clear on what you want! Inventory your stuff to account for everything you have! Also helps for an accurate quote! List all the obstacles that we may have to consider.
