Introduction: I have always been into real estate. Before I became a Realtor, I have been in Property Management for 20 years. I started out as a Leasing Consultant, Assistant Manager to Manager and eventually a Management Specialist. I currently specialize with First time or seasoned home buyers, sellers, and investors. I am extremely happy that I found Hezeldee to assist with selling my late Father's condo. The process was unknown to me and I felt so overwhelmed until I met Hezeldee. She was very informative, super helpful and so knowledgeable. My Dad lived in Maryland and I live in Virginia..... I didn't even know where to start on how I would begin the process of selling his property, however Hezeldee stepped right in and got to work! She made me felt at ease and confident that my Dad's property was in the right hands :) She always kept me up to date & was always reachable. Lastly, this process has also been super emotional being that it is my late Dad's condo that I've rented out for the past 6 years and decided to finally sell. Hez was able to make my first time home buying process a pleasurable and exciting one. She did not hesitate to help me find exactly what I was looking for and was not afraid to walk away from something if the seller was not being reasonable. All of her connections in the industry provided me with knowledgeable sources for all of the resources that I needed. FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees as a sellers agent is rather discussed in person. I do not charge any fees as a buyer's agent. My fee for property management is negotiable. I would rather go over in details as this entail specific such as number of properties and services required.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always prefer to speak over the phone if possible so that we can get to know in details exactly how I can assist you with your requests.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had twenty years in Property Management prior becoming a Real Estate agent. I love working with people. My clients have become my friends and I really love doing what I do. Some of the previous renters I have helped in the past have transitioned into homeowners through my help.
