I make use of JobScan to compare keywords in your resume and a baseline target ad for your industry. Trends change in the format of resumes and cover letters, and I research all of it to stay on top of trends to make sure not only is your resume ATS optimized, but that it is in a modern template, worded for today’s job-seekers (that includes you who need a Federal resume format).
