Let's take advantage of the shift and technology. ATS technology makes it possible for recruiters to have more resumes reviewed and prioritized for them. Your resume needs to be able to have its keywords match (resume-to-job ad) get picked up by an ATS to get your resume in front of a human.
Having implemented many of these ATS, I know how they work, and guess what: they’re used everywhere. LinkedIn, Indeed, all job boards where a resume is uploaded, organizational job boards. Everywhere. No guarantees that someone isn’t a better match than you, and still, don’t leave it to chance—increase your odds of getting the interview.
