Introduction: Want to learn how to swim or be a better swimmer? I teach swimming lessons to students from ages 2 years old to adults, and help them acquire the right swimming techniques and skills to help make the individual a better swimmer. I work with all different levels of experience, from swimmers who just need technique improvement, to individuals who have no experience at all.

Brittany is amazing! She breaks down each swimming skill in such a perfect way that a 2.5 year old can relate to. We have been so impressed with how much our daughter learned in such a short period of time and love her new confidence in the water. We also appreciated the one on one lessons, in our own pool, which made it so much easier with our busy schedule. We definitely recommend Brittany!

Brittany taught all 3 of my boys how to swim. One of my children has special needs and was so scared of going under water. Brittany was caring and patient with him, and was so creative in finding ways to make him comfortable in the water. My other sons have become avid year round swimmers, and I think part of their enthusiasm for the sport came from working with Brittany. They continue to seek advice from her to improve their technical skills.

Britt is amazing!!! We highly recommend her to any age group and any skill level. Whether your child is just starting out or improving a stroke for swim team.... Britt can do it all. She is the absolute BEST around. Do your child a favor and book a lesson.

My prices depend on lesson duration and location (location fees)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can figure out who you are as a swimmer based on the first lesson and then I customize lessons going forward based on our first interaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Psychology; swimming is a big mental sport and obtaining a degree in Psychology has helped me understand human beings, which I apply into my instruction. I am pursuing a Masters in Early Childhood Education; I take my knowledge of the field and apply it to instruction/ clients (ex: developmental milestones, temperaments, learning styles etc.) I am a certified USA competitive swim coach (CPR/First Aid, safety training, athlete protection training, foundations of coaching) I have competed in sprint triathlons as well as completed my first scuba dive this past spring 2018
