- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when working with any customer, ask lots of questions pertaining to the job at hand to ensure the customer is getting exactly what they asked for. Do the job perfectly the first time and they will spread the word if the need arises also these customers tend to be repeat customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Supervisor of tech department at Staples. Lead technician in providing repair services. Trained by Worx in repairing Apple and Android cellphones and tablets.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started when I purchased my first computer in 2002 and paid extremely too much money do what I got. Picked up some magazines about computers. I also did lots of research about computers after my Windows ME machine crashed on me for the third time and decided to build my own computer. Another element that drove me to do this is the cost of doing business with retail outlets. Their business Moto I feel is to charge an exuberant amount for repairs, thereby forcing you to purchase new. This is the realization that I came to after working at a box box company for over 3 years.
