What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is typically $50/hour for editing or motion graphics work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, I want to get to know the customer's goals for the project - what is their vision for the final product? Then we will write up a contract after agreeing on a rate and milestones for the work. Milestones may include, for instance, a rough cut and two rounds of revisions. Next, I will get to work, and complete the agreed-upon milestones until we reach project completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (2009-2013) and received a BFA in Visual Art, concentrating in Cinematic Arts as well as a BA in English, concentrating in Communication and Technology.
