I highly recommend Cheaper than a Geek. My laptop was riddled with viruses and malware but they were able to clear it all out remotely. The agent I worked with was Chris and he was very knowledgeable and clearly communicated with me every step of the way. When I had additional concerns afterward he quickly followed up and stayed on it until I was completely satisfied. He was able to give me good advice and never made me feel foolish or dumb which I really appreciated since I don't know much about computers! He was helpful every step of the way. The prospect of leaving my only computer at a UPS store I thought odd. The text back said that work would begin in 3-4 days, following a diagnosis of the computer. It's not an operation where you get to meet and greet the brains behind the operation. Once I made contact with the professions there things went exceptionally well. They ran me through the problems I encountered with what seemed like an impossible situation; I was locked out of my computer entirely by a hacker dropping malware on it at will. They got the unit up and running a couple of days thereafter. They've now arranged for a (nearly) full proof way to protect my computer for the life of the unit.
