I highly recommend Cheaper than a Geek. My laptop was riddled with viruses and malware but they were able to clear it all out remotely. The agent I worked with was Chris and he was very knowledgeable and clearly communicated with me every step of the way. When I had additional concerns afterward he quickly followed up and stayed on it until I was completely satisfied. He was able to give me good advice and never made me feel foolish or dumb which I really appreciated since I don't know much about computers! He was helpful every step of the way.
