Introduction: As your Day of Coordinator (really month of) we best serve couples who have everything under control and need coordination for the rehearsal, ceremony and reception. Youve spent so much money and time pulling together all the details Your stress will disappear once we meet and you are comfortable turning all the details over to the DOC experts!! Mom's, sisters, aunts and friends are all a big part of your celebration and get to be the guests as your DOC will be with you and your loved ones from sunrise to sunset and into the evening. Basically, you take care of all of the planning and A Wedding DOC comes in a month beforehand to confirm details and pull everything together. This package allows you to be in control, while still completely relaxing on your big day. After all, who wants to be placing favors or bossing around their mom when they should be getting pampered?! The hustle and bustle of getting everything ready for you to walk down the isle, be introduced into your reception and making sure you eat dinner!! The smiles on everyones face as they have a good time at the wedding. The end of the night when I get a big hug and kiss from the bride and the groom. The satisfaction that I have helped to made someones dream come true!!

Karen and Jessica handled the day-of coordination of our wedding on April 21, 2012. They were so professional and an absolute pleasure to work with! Karen met with use a few times before the wedding to go over the schedule and details and she brought up so many issues we'd never thought about. She also called all of my vendors the week before the wedding. Both she and Jessica were fantastic the day of the wedding. They made sure that everything went off without a hitch and fixed the few little issues that did come up so that I didn't have to worry about them. Our wedding was so perfect and memorable, and Karen's organization and attention to detail were a large reason for that. We couldn't have been happier with the services she provided!

We had a great experience with Karen. We had a rowdy wedding party, and she organized everyone during the rehearsal and on the wedding day professionally. She is always available via cell phone or email, and Karen tells it to you straight when you need answers. She is very organized and detail oriented. She also knows many people in various businesses which is helpful. Karen will help make you remember your wedding for the moments, and not all of the to-dos!

I organized my wedding myself, but ran in to the problem of having someone in charge of making everything went according to plan. In comes A Wedding DOC. Typically my pricing starts at $800.00. It depends on many of the details and how much you need our services. If the ceremony and reception are in different places, is there transportation involved, are we assembling the decorations, running the rehearsal. Many options all tailored to your big day

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Showed up at the Belvedere and asked if I could have a job. They made me an event manager and it went from there.
