At Baxter’s we use the freshest and best ingredients.
Our salads are made with red or green leaf lettuce, not iceburg, fresh vegetables and homemade dressings.
Pecan Tarragon Chicken Salad: breast of chicken with fresh tarragon and toasted pecans served on homemade lemon poppyseed mini muffins.
Smoked Salmon thin layers of salmon on a bed tray with capers, red onion, raifort sauce and a basket of our homemade rye, current & pecan bread.
Cheese tortes, not ordinary cheese cubes or cheese balls. Stilton Walnut layers of cream cheese and port wine topped with crumbled stilton and toasted walnuts, made up in a cheesecake pan for a lovely presentation, or a wheel of brie topped with edible flowers. We often hear comments like "this is almost too pretty to eat!"
Antipasto Platter: Genoa salami,
pepperoni, provolone, marinated
artichoke hearts, mozzarella, mushrooms, roasted red pepper, kalamata olives with a basket of French bread.

We have been catering for twenty three years and we love what we do. It is always a thrill to create a menu or party plan and then bring it to life. My husband takes great pride in preparing food that is not only beautiful but delicious. I love to create wedding cakes and try new flavor combinations with our desserts. We have been offering mini desserts forever! This way your guests get to try more than 1, eat several of the ones that are their favorite and not feel too guilty because they are only bite size!!!
