- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You have the option to purchase service hours per session or save by pre-paying for a package. Day Rates: $90/hr (3-hour minimum) Packages are offered for 12 or more hours starting at $997.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION - Whether you need a one-time session or ongoing support, we can tailor our services to your needs and budget. This can be done over the phone, via Zoom, or in person for more complex projects. 2.) SHOPPING AND PLANNING - Keeping your personal style and budget in mind, we will design an organizing system that works for you. Larger projects may incur additional research and shopping fees as it can take an extended time to find the perfect solution. You have the option to purchase the accessories on your own based on my recommendations or allow me to take that task off of your plate. 3.) CUSTOMIZED ORGANIZATION SESSIONS - This is where the magic begins! Each session requires a 3-hour minimum. You can purchase sessions a la carte or save money by investing in a pre-paid package. In most cases, you will need to be present for the decluttering sessions but do not need to be involved in the organizing process.

Professional Organizing Certification, experience in the Death Care industry (helping to make end-of-life arrangements), project management experience.
