First, let me say that if it were possible to issue zero stars, I would. I wish I had read the reviews here before purchasing a deal with them. $99 for "unlimited" one year cleaning great right? Well let's see it took me 3 weeks to book with them. This included multiple people asking me to fill out the same inventory form for new clients. It's really not that hard to print/file/save these things guys. My appointment was for a month out from the date booked, so a total of 7 weeks to get someone to come. I booked it for first thing in the morning as I did not want to be stuck at home all day. Woke up early and waited....and waited....and waited. I tried emailing them twice, no response. I tried calling the number, no response and no voice mail set up. After waiting 2 hours for them to show - keep in mind that I received NO notice that the person was never going to show up I realized that it was not happening. I then contacted them multiple times to try and reschedule. In addition to being given the runaround (they have yet to rebook the missed appointment) absolutely no apology nor explanation was offered for why they never showed up. So this unlimited cleaning for one year has now turned into over 2 months without one appointment booked. I have purchased other cleaning deals from yipit, groupon etc and have never had such an appalling experience. Not to mention most business owners would be mortified that their staff never showed up to an appointment without calling to notify, and would there work WITH you to try and reschedule. Apparently at First Rayt even responding to your email is much too much effort. As Brad B. suggested I plan to file a report with the better business bureau. I urge you not to waste your time with these repulsive women.

They should be called "2nd Rayt Cleaners" though I'm not sure they are even up to that name. It took me 2 months to get my 1st Appointment of 2 scheduled from my Groupon voucher. Then, she tried to add on $15 additional for our cat even though she herself admitted that it was not on the voucher. She finally agreed to waive it for cleaning #1, but not #2 (not to worry - there will not be a 2nd!). Anyway, 2 people showed up,asked where the bathrooms were and said they would start there. Later, shecamedown and asked if I wanted the bed made! I had stripped the bed ad left clean linens on the bed( duh). To make this short, they left without mopping the kitchen floor, cleaning the sink, counter, stovetop, microwave outside, vacuming the sunroom area rug etc. After they left, I had to finish what they didn't. Also, they left the vacume in the middle of the living room. I guess I will just have to lose the amount for the 2nd cleaning since I WOULD NOT have them back in my house. The worst!!!!!!

This company actually deserves a 0 star. After they cancelled my first appt, which I had to book 2 months out since their schedule was booked, they emailed me and cancelled my appt because of a car accident. They offered me free windows and baseboards cleaning for my inconvenience which wasnt offered or mentioned when they arrive for my 2nd appt. The "purple team" consisting of 2 ppl arrived ontime at 12pm. I told them that the kitchen and hallway floors needs a good cleaning. At 12;57pm, they told me they were finished. I inspected the job and they had only cleaning the hallway,kitchen and basement floors. They didnt clean my countertops, they didnt wipe down glass tables, nor did they even vacuum my rugs! I asked them to clean 1.5 bathrooms after that and they did that in a timely manner. The floors were cleaned with a swiffer wetjet mop and they used my refill pads to clean my house with. They used a roll of my paper towel and took it with them when they left. They didnt seem to know what they were doing nor did they have the right equipments to clean a house. They didnt move any fixtures around to mop the floors. When asked if they were going to clean around the fixtures, her reply was "I aint going to move that"! So I told her I will and so I did and then she moped with the swiffer those areas. All and all.. DO NOT USE this company! I wish I never bought this Groupon to begin with. i wouldnt use them again even if it was free. Hope this helps and good luck!

The unprofessional, negative experience that other reviewers describe with FIRST RAYT CLEANERS is almost identical to my experience with them. FIRST RAYT CLEANERS is anything but first rate. There are 8 complaints against them at the BBB all of which are unresolved to a lack of any response from FIRST RAYT CLEANERS. They receive similar horrible reviews on YELP, all of which pretty much echo the same thing: FIRST RAYT CLEANERS has a bad reputation for a reason. Buyer beware.

No option for NO stars, which is what I would choose if I could. First Rayt Cleaners is a scam. They take your money, then delay, delay, delay until you have no recourse through your credit card company and then that's it. You're out your money and out of luck. I spent MONTHS trying to get a refund to no avail. First Rayt Cleaners is clearly very confident that they can steal from people and just get away with it.
